East of Canpa Connector near Islington Avenue. CP had a small station at Islington.
CP Wolverston Mile 71 Galt Sub
Lambton Yards Toronto
On October 13 I rode a GO Train as it detoured up the former CP Canpa Connector around the Humber River Bridge replacement project on the Lakeshore line. This is some of the cars being held in Lambton Yard.
CP-former TH&B line
In Hamilton Ontario. CP took over the operations of the Toronto Hamilton and Buffalo Railway. This was one of the spurs leading to the Hamilton Steel mills.
Milton Yard when Expressway Terminal
CP established the Milton Yard as the Toronto Terminal for their TOFC eXpressway train. This train hauled ordinary truck trailers between Montreal and Toronto and for a short time between Detroit and Toronto.
Milton Yard
Formerly the Toronto terminal for the eXpressway train to Montreal; the Milton yard is now a Transload Terminal. It is for tank cars to trucks.
