AIM based in Montreal New fleet of gondolas. Georgetown Ontario CNR train westbound.

2007-10-20. 52 foot Mill gon seen at the Stuart Street Yard in Hamilton ON which at that time was being switched by Railink.

Bessemer-n- Lake Erie is a CN subsidiary acquired in 2004 during the E.Hunter Harrison reign as part of a route around Chicago. During that time CN changed from being Canadian National to Chicago Northern as operations were shifted to Chicago.

Former coal car(?) used for scrap metal hauling. CMBX = Combined Metal Industries.

Train 246 - Sudbury to Buffalo. Steel coils from Sault Ste Marie. Sunday August 5 2018

This car was seen on a CN not a CP train to Toronto. These cars handle steel from Sault Ste Marie to southern Ontario and the USA. They were routed by Huron Central to Sudbury and CP onwards. Huron Central has been threatening to close without provincial money for track work. CN can handle the traffic through it's Algoma Central subsidiary through OBA. ex-CP 346496

It is hard to read the number on this gondola car but the visible load of scrap metal warranted a picture as it rolled through Georgetown on its way to TorMacYar

David J.Joseph Transportation is the railcar operator of large "recycler" DJJ Company. This car appears to be a former rotary dump coal car now used for hauling scrap metal.

SP 365009 - a Union Pacific reporting mark. The Southern Pacific was a large western USA railroad absorbed by the larger Union Pacific in 1996. The car carried what appears to be the SP logo. Milepost 30 CN Halton Sub.
