Ogden Avenue Pedestrian Bridge - 001

This was built in the early 1960's to allow school children from housing developments on the north side of the QEW to safely cross the highway to attend the schools which were built along Ogden Avenue. It is to be replaced during the upcoming reconstruction of the QEW between Browns Line and Cawthra Road.

Peace Bridge

The QEW connects to the Peace Bridge at Fort Erie. The two flags in the centre mark the International Border over the Niagara River. Buffalo is on the US side.

QE-427 interchange

The east (Toronto|) end of the QEW after 1995. The lanes to the right are leading to Highway 427 north. Continuing straight is the FG Gardiner Expressway owned and maintained by the City of Toronto. March 2005
