The TH&BY initials of the Toronto Hamiltpn and Buffalo Railway were embedded into the concrete where the Dunnville line crossed over Ontario Highway 20 in Smithville.
Port Davidson is a rural hamlet south of Smithville on the Welland River.

Originally the Dunnville line could be accessed from either Hamilton or Welland. At the end, the Hamilton tracks were removed as all trains were based in Welland.
May 2016 Arnold Mooney showed us this building that was the TH&B station in Dunnville. There had been passenger service between Smithville and Dunnville; first with a train then a Budd car and finally a bus.
February 22 2001 went looking for the soon to end Dunnville Ontario Spur. This line went from Smithville to Dunnville operated by CP Rail . Digital picture but poor quality camera.
